Powerful, Accurate, and SUPER FAST! I don't write a lot of reviews and never one so quickly after purchasing, but Whisper Transcribe is quite amazing. I tested it out with an hour long podcast I had and it was done before I knew it -- in about a minute. Upon review, I found zero mis-transcriptions or spellings; it perfectly handled all references to other people and concepts without fail. Not only that, but I had selected the options to add a summary, title, show notes, newsletter article, blog post, and Twitter-X post--and all were done at the same time as the transcription... blazing fast! The content is clear and coherent, a solid base upon which to edit or add your own flair with but a couple of edits. Just fantastic and powerful. (There are a host of other features I haven't tried yet, but will do so soon.) My Appsumo purchases include other transcription apps, but this one has truly impressed me and you deserve to try it out for yourself before it's too late. Tier 2 provides 12.5 hours of transcription per month (a generous deal I think), and you can purchase additional credits amounting to $4 per hour if you need more... also very reasonable, depending on how much volume you have. WhisperTranscribe has been an absolute game changer for me. * Speed and accuracy blew me away * The ability to generate my own custom prompts (premade prompts also work extremely well) * Very little time needed for editing I almost hate to give this secret away because it makes me stand out…but here it goes… I am a recruiter, who legally, with both parties knowing, record my phone conversations with clients, describing what they need to see in their next candidate… And… I also record the candidates conversation, (again, with permission), describing to me everything they want to see in their next role. The transcriptions are superfast super accurate and I’m able to use custom prompts to create amazing presentations for both sides! This framework/method could be used in so many different areas and fields… I immediately bought tier 2 and actually came back to see if there was anything more I could add. I hope to have know this app earlier. First, it supports multi-task. The task is done on servo, thus I don't need to rely on local units. Super fast, 10min only 1-2min. Second, by transcripting yt , I'm able to search info quickly. I hope there's bunk input for YouTube soon. Also for the cross-script search function.

Such as great tool. We use it to transcribe long youtube videos about various topics. Then we can feed that transcription to Afforai. This gives us a research tool to create more content for social media. It saves us countless hours. I hope they continue to develop it so you can combine various data sources into one AI chat window. This transcription tool is just awesome because it transcribes my funny accent (because I'm deaf) effortlessly! I guess it's not transcribing only by voice, but also by understanding the concept. That's why I almost never have to correct my writing! I use it almost daily to transcribe my recordings. I look forward to further improvements, but please do not change the way it works!

To the creator who put in countless hours to create WhisperTranscribe…THANK YOU!! I’m an online math teacher and it would take me hours to either figure out how to build a blog or any publications to generate leads that matches the way I like to communicate with people which is via videos. I have a long 2-hour meeting with a tutor and I was able to transcribe that video in less than 8 minutes! This system is easy to use and is perfect for people who prefer to talk instead of sitting now and spending hours trying to format sentences to get my point across. WhisperTranscribe is seriously a game-changer regarding transcription tools – I can't emphasize that enough. Forget about the usual run-of-the-mill tools; this one takes the cake. I've been around the block, trying out Designr, Rev, Temi, Otter, and a bunch of AI offerings from AppSumo, but let me tell you, Whisper Transcribe blows them all out of the water. Now, let's talk precision – is it super on point and fast? Hell yeah! It's lightning-fast as it lives on my PC, which speeds up the processing time. It also has a beautiful, uncluttered interface. I like how Whisper Transcribe follows grammar rules and even throws those much-needed paragraph breaks. I use it for turning podcast episodes into YouTube show notes and transcripts I can upload. I highly recommend Whisper Transcribe and look forward to seeing the features on the roadmap come alive.

I have used Otter, Descript, and a couple of AI tools from AppSumo, and hands-down, Whisper Transcribe beats them all with their transcription. It's super accurate. It's fast. There's a dictionary option to add words it doesn't spell right. The transcription is FORMATTED, which most other programs don't do or don't do right. Meaning, grammar rules are followed instead of a super-raw hard-to-read audio transcript. The transcript also has paragraph breaks (something, for some reason, Otter has never been able to accomplish), so it's easier to read. Though, there can be massive loads of text without paragraph breaks too. But still better than other tools I've used. My main use is turning my podcast episodes into articles. WT gets me 95% of the way there. I have another tool I use to get the transcript article-ready (rewrites it the way I write instead of the way I talk, adds paragraph breaks, and removes commonly overused words). But WT is now a primary component in my workflow. If they never update it again, I'd still be happy. It'd be great to be able to modify existing content prompts, or at least add some guidance (it has its own personality, not mine). I should be able to accomplish that with the custom prompts, however. I don't need a transcript with timestamps, but the option is there. However, I can't imagine I'd want to use it as-is. Some timestamps are only one word. Doesn't make sense to me, but since I don't have a need for timestamps, perhaps there's a benefit to that I'm unaware of. I love that it's a local app on my PC. An overlooked feature is the record option. I haven't used it, but I imagine if this was a mobile app one day, it'd be a great note-taking feature. Searching for episodes using your RSS feed is very cool. I tried that just to test it, and it's flawless. Slick interface. Everything seems to work well and it looks decent. 100% glad I bought. Suggestions to improve: -Support button could be AI powered - upload your docs and we can search them. If we can't find what we're looking for, we can email support. I've found AI powered support chat a very cool feature in apps I've used. -Ability to add custom prompts where the prompts are instead of having to go into settings -A Previous and Next button for searching for words in the transcript -A dictionary that actually allows you to add the misspelling of a word so that it knows which word to change (I added my last name to the dictionary, but it finds clever ways to continue spelling it wrong in the transcript). -Modify existing prompts. One reason is that I don't write about myself in third person, the prompts, however, do. Another is that I want it to avoid certain words and phrases.

I must say I had no idea what I would find once I dug into this tool. I have come across a lot of Ai tools over the last year and I really thought more or less of the same for Whisper Transcribe (WT) The accuracy is what blew me away I think most other tools are not transcribers first and more ai first. This tool appears to be more transcribe first which is the reason why the accuracy was so much better. Of course I had to pull out my Cast Magic and run a small little side by side just to see how it would stand up. Wow, this is great! I've been looking for something like this for a while, this is going to make my content workflow much faster. Can I also instruct the summaries to stick to a certain brand style/language? Do you plan on doing the reverse as well – creating audio clips from written blogs or interviews?
